• 1. Online Applications are invited from candidates residing in districts under South Central Railway Jurisdiction only.
  • Engagement of 2,829 Apprentices for training under the Apprentices Act, 1961.
• 2. Opening Date & Time: 06-03-2026 (17:00 hrs)
• 3. Closing Date & Time: 05-04-2026 (23:59 hrs)

• 5. Candidates must belong to the eligible districts of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh (except Manyam, Srikakulam, Vijayanagaram), Maharashtra (specified districts), Karnataka (specified districts), Tamil Nadu (Vellore) and Madhya Pradesh (Burhanpur & Khandwa).
• 6. Candidates must possess valid Aadhaar Number, Mobile Number and Email ID (to be maintained till completion of engagement process). OTP verification will be done.
• 7. Before filling the application, keep the following scanned documents ready (JPG/PDF, Photo & Signature max 1MB, Certificates max 2MB):
  • I) SSC / 10th Marks Sheet
  • II) Proof of Date of Birth
  • III) ITI Consolidated Marks Sheet
  • IV) National Trade Certificate (NCVT/SCVT)
  • V) RDAT Registration Form (NAPS Portal)
  • VI) Community Certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS if applicable)
  • VII) Disability Certificate (PwBD if applicable)
  • VIII) Discharge/Service Certificate (Ex-Servicemen quota)
  • IX) Recent Color Passport Photograph (JPEG, 100 DPI, not older than 3 months)
  • X) Signature (not in capital letters)
• 8. Educational Qualification: Candidate must have passed 10th/SSC with minimum 50% aggregate marks plus ITI certificate in relevant trade (NCVT/SCVT recognized).
• 9. Age Limit (as on 04-04-2026): 15 to 24 years. Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST (5 years), OBC-NCL (3 years), PwBD (10 years), Ex-Servicemen as per rules.
• 10. Selection will be based on Merit List prepared from average of 10th and ITI marks (equal weightage). No written test or viva.
• 11. Training & Stipend: As per Apprentices Act, 1961 and Railway Board guidelines.
• 12. Application Fee: ₹100/- (Non-refundable).
• 13. Mode of Payment:

  • (ii) Debit Card
  • (iii) Credit Card
  • (iv) SBI UPI
• 14. No Fee for SC/ST candidates, Female candidates and PwBD candidates.
• 15. Candidates must choose their Railway Establishment preferences carefully. Once submitted, no modification will be allowed.
• 16. After successful submission, Registration Number will be generated. Preserve it for future reference.
• 17. Application once submitted cannot be edited. Double-check all details before final submission.
• 18. Engineering Graduates and Diploma holders are NOT eligible under this notification.
• 19. There is no guarantee of employment after completion of apprenticeship training.
